We have to fix some prioroties at our work.We have  to know what should be done first and what should be done next .For that we have to make a plan and implementation matters.If you don't plan of work  there will be certainly  chance to mind wandering over the issues you have like  you may think "this could be done first instead of that".So it would be better if you plan and fix the work schedule.

 A Habit Of  6  Hour Sleep(atleast)

We think it sounds good,Sleeping hours play important role in our daily works or routine.
Yes ,when we have enough sleep our mind will react very fast as per the situations and helps to get the core point of certain problem.Concentration requires your mind should be calm for some time,and remember over sleeping will reduce our original rhythm of mind.So atleast 6 hour sleep would help us to have good concentration.

Avoid Multi Tasking

Multi tasking needs more attention towards different things.For people with low concentration levels this will be toughest thing ever do work with different types of problems or issues.Do avoid multi tasking to get more stable thinking over one thing.

Excercise To Get Flow Of Oxygen To Your Brain

As we know that the blood is the main carrier of oxygen into the parts of the body.Due to gravity blood cells will be amlagamated into the lower parts of the body ,so excercise will help us to give more energy and also oxygen to brain that will increase concentration levels.

Moreover morning walk will help more.Make a habit of getting out and walk for every half an hour at your work.Take short term breaks on long term works.

Try to do yoga ,walking ,meditation,aerobics.Meditation will help more to achieve desired goals faster.Take long breathe when you feel messed.
Try to avoid tea ,coffee and fried foods and non vegeterian foods.Eat some protien food too.

Avoid Stress And Have Free Mind 

Try to avoid stress for maximum  and have free mind ,throw off stressful or irrelavent thoughts and ideas.Try to find simple solutions to your problems as simple things do great things.Know the real fact the Stress makes us to difficult get to concentration.
